Hi, Samantha. Hope these steps help! Its great, when it works There is a major problem when uploading more then 1 file, it gets a constant "Synchronization Error". Which causes it to only upload half of the files or less, and you wont know which ones without sorting them manually. You cant just upload all again, because it will repeat the error, AND it doesnt have duplicate detection.
When the error starts, its hard to stop it, because the cancel button doesnt seem to work. Others have it too, and nothing suggested fixes it. Hi, Jered. Let's try resetting the app data.
